Position Overview Join our growing team as an Entry Level Technical Support & Operations Representative . This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and interested in healthcare technology. This is an office-based position located in Valencia, CA , with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , up to 40 hours per week . Reliable commuting to the Valencia office is required. The role may also require visiting medical practices or customer locations on an as-needed basis. In this position, you will support the testing, configuration, preparation, packing, and shipping of simple medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and related remote patient monitoring equipment. You will also assist customers with device setup, basic troubleshooting, issue resolution, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and device manufacturers. This is a hands-on role that combines customer support, device operations, basic technical troubleshooting, documentation, shipping, and field support. Duties and Responsibilities Test and verify simple medical devices, including blood pressure monitors and related remote patient monitoring equipment, before shipment. Configure iPhones and related mobile devices used with supported medical devices and patient monitoring workflows. Prepare, pack, label, and ship devices, accessories, and related materials to customers, patients, or clinical locations. Track device inventory, shipping status, returns, replacements, and related documentation. Respond to customer support requests through Desk, CRM, help desk, or other customer support software. Assist customers with basic device setup, usage, troubleshooting, connectivity, and replacement requests. Resolve common customer issues related to device operation, mobile device setup, missing items, shipping questions, returns, or product replacement. Coordinate with device manufacturers to report, troubleshoot, and resolve device-related issues, warranty concerns, replacements, or technical questions. Escalate complex technical, clinical, device, or operational issues to the appropriate internal team members. Coordinate with operations, support, sales, implementation, and manufacturer support teams to ensure customer needs are handled promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, device testing results, shipping records, manufacturer communications, and issue resolutions. Use CRM and Desk software to update tickets, customer records, follow-up tasks, support notes, and resolution details. Visit customer sites or medical practices as needed to assist with device delivery, setup, training, troubleshooting, or issue resolution. Follow company procedures for handling, testing, packaging, configuring, and documenting medical devices. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal teams, device manufacturers, and healthcare office staff. Experience and Qualifications Prior experience in customer support, operations, logistics, healthcare support, technical support, or device support is helpful but not required. Comfortable testing, configuring, and handling simple medical devices such as blood pressure monitors. Experience configuring iPhones or supporting mobile devices is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of MacBook/macOS is preferred. Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, Desk software, ticketing tools, and documentation platforms. Experience using Desk, CRM software, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms is a plus. Ability to follow checklists, procedures, and documentation requirements accurately. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude. Ability to troubleshoot simple device, mobile phone, or customer issues calmly and effectively. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Some working knowledge or prior experience in a medical office, clinic, healthcare practice, or patient-facing healthcare environment is an added advantage. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are an added advantage. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Valencia, CA office Monday through Friday. Ability to visit medical practices or customer locations on demand as required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of device handling, packing, shipping, and office operations. Willingness to learn healthcare technology workflows, remote patient monitoring processes, and device support procedures.
