Product Support Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a Product Support Specialist with a friendly voice who isn't afraid to learn new systems. You will work closely with members helping them with questions about the system and their account as well as warm leads to book meetings. You must be a self-starter and motivated to learn not only the "how" things happen, but also the "why" it should be done. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working Subscription Management in Woo Commerce as well as working with members inside the IRS Solutions Software application through phone support, emails and zoom calls. Demos of the software for people wanting more information. Key Responsibilities Subscription management for members including reaching out to members for failed payments updates to their subscription and cancellations. Updating client credit cards within Stipe when needed. Adding any notes related to subscription management within HubSpot. Troubleshooting calls from members. Phone calls to warm leads who requested a meeting but never scheduled. Software Demos to potential new members via Zoom. System testing WordPress/Woo Commerce when plugins are updated. Qualifications & Skills Some system knowledge is great, but not expected we will train. Strong Self Starter, fast learner and not afraid of computer systems. Good communication both verbal and written. Patients when handling member's questions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
