  • Own and resolve Level 2 escalations with increasing independence
  • Support multi-client MSP environments (onsite + remote)
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID, Point, security, licensing)
  • Support and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
  • Diagnose infrastructure issues-performance, connectivity, system reliability
  • Manage Windows endpoints and server environments
  • Perform Active Directory and Group Policy troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Maintain clear, high-quality documentation
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule What You Bring (L2+ Profile)
  • 3+ years of IT support / systems experience
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on with virtualization and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, network, and cloud
  • Ability to own issues through resolution without hand-holding
  • Clear communication with both clients and internal teams
  • Desire to grow into higher-tier engineering responsibility (L3) Nice to Have (Signals of L3 Trajectory)
  • Azure / Microsoft 365 certifications
  • VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox experience
  • Network+ / CCNA / firewall certifications
  • Security+ or exposure to security frameworks Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation:
$73,000
  • $104,000 annually (equivalent to $35
  • 50/hour), depending on experience
  • Includes a KPI-based performance bonus, with approximately 10-20% of total compensation tied to performance
