The SSFUSD community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco. Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, coordinate, monitor and provide a variety of specialized services in the installation configuration, operation, repair and maintenance of network servers, routers, firewalls and switches and related equipment; coordinate, monitor and resolve daily work order requests and assign tasks to staff as required; provide technical guidance and support to end-users district wide; assure proper network security; oversee and perform data mapping and warehousing functions. Qualifications Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by a college-level degree in computer science or a related field and three years of experience in the installation configuration, maintenance and repair of computer systems, networks, peripherals and related equipment.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
Valid California driver's license and proof of current California auto liability insurance at time of appointment, and throughout employment in this classification. Personal automobile for job-related travel. CCNA and/or MCSE preferred.
