Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mac Support Specialist / Mac Administrator to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in macOS administration, end-user computing support, desktop troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for macOS systems and related applications Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Mac devices Handle desktop support including upgrades, issue resolution, and hardware/software setup Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies Oversee IT asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, recovery, access provisioning) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, compliance, and system performance Participate in after-hours/on-call support as needed
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in Mac Administration / macOS environment Strong hands-on experience in EUC / Desktop Support Experience with device management tools such as JAMF, Intune, or other MDM solutions Knowledge of asset and inventory management systems Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD Basic networking knowledge Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and end-user support experience
