Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in computer repair, technical support, information technology, or a related field. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment. Ability to troubleshoot technology issues, communicate effectively with staff and students, and work independently or as part of a team.
