We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to serve as a senior technical resource, driving impactful projects, resolving advanced issues, and improving the overall IT support environment. What You'll Do Lead Technical Projects Take ownership of key initiatives that enhance support operations—system upgrades, tool implementations, and process improvements. Solve Complex Technical Issues Act as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, and enterprise applications, delivering long-term solutions—not quick fixes. Support Endpoint & Infrastructure Engineering Collaborate with Systems Engineering to design, deploy, and maintain endpoint systems and management solutions. Improve Processes & Tools Analyze trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that elevate service quality and operational performance. Build & Maintain Documentation Create clear, scalable documentation and knowledge base content to empower teams and improve consistency. Design Scalable Support Solutions Help implement secure, reliable systems that support in-office, remote, and mobile work environments. Mentor & Lead Technically Share knowledge, guide team members, and elevate overall technical capability across the support organization. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations Strong background in troubleshooting complex systems and applications Experience with endpoint management and enterprise environments Ability to analyze problems and implement sustainable solutions Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:
