JOB SUMMARY

Performs any combination of the following duties to provide technical support to customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following . Other duties may be assigned. Answers Tech Line. Gathers specs and data used in Product Specification System. Assists Technical Information Director with data projects. Assists customers with product/catalog related issues. Photographs units. Records unit dimensional information Performs other responsibilities as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years' experience in retail auto parts ASE Certified Preferred Computer literate in MS Office, Photoshop Detail oriented

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to speak, read, and write English. Spanish is a plus.
