Job Description
What You'll Do:
Provide top-notch support: Assist staff with system configuration and troubleshooting, both remotely and in-person. Your expertise will keep everything running without a hitch.Collaborate with the IT team:
Work closely with our IT team to tackle complex technical issues and escalate when needed, ensuring quick resolutions.Maintain accurate records:
Document customer interactions and technical issues to help streamline support processes.Stay on the cutting edge:
Keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends, system updates, and software developments to offer the best solutions.What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!).Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting, with proficiency in hardware/software issues and a strong understanding of operating systems and software applications.Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written). A patient, approachable demeanor with a knack for breaking down technical jargon into clear, step-by-step instructions. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when necessary. Experience with technical support tools and software.Bonus Points:

Occasional evening/weekend work may be required to meet customer needs. Some light lifting of computer equipment may be necessary.
