We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist to support day-to-day technology needs across the organization. This role is well-suited for someone with foundational technical support experience who is ready to take more ownership, deepen their skills, and grow within an established IT environment. This is an internal-facing support role focused on troubleshooting, documentation, and user support.
What You'll Do:
Provide top-notch support: Assist staff with system configuration and troubleshooting, both remotely and in-person. Your expertise will keep everything running without a hitch.
Collaborate with the IT team:
Work closely with our IT team to tackle complex technical issues and escalate when needed, ensuring quick resolutions.
Maintain accurate records:
Document customer interactions and technical issues to help streamline support processes.
Stay on the cutting edge:
Keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends, system updates, and software developments to offer the best solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!).
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting, with proficiency in hardware/software issues and a strong understanding of operating systems and software applications.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written). A patient, approachable demeanor with a knack for breaking down technical jargon into clear, step-by-step instructions. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when necessary. Experience with technical support tools and software.
Bonus Points:
Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence . Associate's degree or higher in a related field. Certifications in technical support or related areas. Why Compex Legal Services?
