Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? At Compex Legal Services, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional support to our team. Whether you're troubleshooting remotely or working directly with our staff in person, your role will be critical in keeping our tech running smoothly and delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Do:
Provide top-notch support: Assist staff with system configuration and troubleshooting, both remotely and in-person. Your expertise will keep everything running without a hitch.
Collaborate with the IT team:
Work closely with our IT team to tackle complex technical issues and escalate when needed, ensuring quick resolutions.
Maintain accurate records:
Document customer interactions and technical issues to help streamline support processes.
Stay on the cutting edge:
Keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends, system updates, and software developments to offer the best solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!).
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting, with proficiency in hardware/software issues and a strong understanding of operating systems and software applications.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written). A patient, approachable demeanor with a knack for breaking down technical jargon into clear, step-by-step instructions. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when necessary. Experience with technical support tools and software.
Bonus Points:
Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence . Associate's degree or higher in a related field. Certifications in technical support or related areas. Why Compex Legal Services?
