6:30 AM•3:00 PM (M-F)

Swing:

2:30 PM•11:00 PM (M-F) and (M-W + Sat•Sun)

Night:

10:30 PM•7:00 AM (M-F) AND (M + Thu-Sun) Primary Responsibilities On?site command center/ desktop support Identity/login troubleshooting during partial migrations Application access issues (old vs new credentials) MDM re?enrollment support (hands?on phone assistance) Ticket triage and resolution Coordination with on?call teams when escalations occur Baseline Skill Requirements Tier 2 on?site desktop / field services only (remote help desk does not qualify) 4-6+ years hands?on enterprise support experience Active Directory experience (required) Windows environment support (4+ years) ServiceNow experience (preferred) Healthcare experience strongly preferred Comfortable with physical activity and walking Flexible with non?standard shifts COVID vaccination required (unless religious/ medically exempt)
