Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED required. Associates Degree is Information Technology or related field preferred. One to two years (1-2) related work experience preferred. Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Working knowledge of past and current versions of MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems. Ability to type 20 wpm. Knowledge of cellular plans, usage and vendors. Basic knowledge of database maintenance. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. Current Driver's License and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle required for travel. United States citizenship required. Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
BI Incorporated Responsibilities:
Summary Acts as a liaison for information systems problem management. Screens, diagnoses and/or refers inquiries and requests related to the performance and maintenance of personal computers and related systems Primary Duties and Responsibilities Answers inquiries and requests from both internal and external customers regarding issues with personal computers, standard operating systems, standard software packages, networking, and printers. Performs first level troubleshooting to resolve basic problems. Refers more complex problems to the appropriate support personnel or vendor. Maintains Company database tracking incoming help desk requests, status and resolution. Assists employees with cellular equipment tracking and support. Contacts cellular vendors to evaluate plans. Recommends and executes vendor changes. Creates users for internal Company database, makes modifications as needed. Creates and maintains users in MS Exchange and Active Directory. Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay:
Pay USD $22.50/Hr.
