Lab Systems IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support/Infrastructure Engineer to support lab and manufacturing systems in a regulated (GMP/GxP) environment. This role will act as the primary IT contact for the site , supporting systems, infrastructure, and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support IT systems in manufacturing and lab environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Maintain and support servers, endpoints, and infrastructure Work with global teams and vendors to resolve issues Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 Maintain documentation and support audits

Requirements:

3 6+ years of IT support / infrastructure experience Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or lab environment Basic knowledge of networking and system administration Understanding of GMP/GxP or regulated systems Exposure to automation/PLC is a plus
