Role Overview Provides advanced technical support and serves as a subject matter resource for enterprise IT hardware, software, systems, and end-user technologies. Independently manages complex technical issues, supports Tier II escalations, and contributes to IT process improvements, documentation, and operational reliability. Partners with IT infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to support a secure, efficient, and highly available technology environment. What You'll Do... Provide advanced Tier I and Tier II technical support for complex hardware, software, network, and user access issues Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across enterprise IT systems and services Support deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT assets Administer and support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and related enterprise technologies Troubleshoot networking issues and partner with infrastructure teams to improve system reliability Support user account management, device configuration, security controls, and endpoint compliance activities Serve as a technical escalation point for unresolved user and system issues Develop, maintain, and improve IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources Assist with implementation and improvement of IT processes, tools, and support workflows Support remote infrastructure teams with onsite technical troubleshooting and system maintenance Manage IT asset tracking, inventory accuracy, and hardware lifecycle activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and specialized engineering or manufacturing technologies Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT support team members Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency You have... Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered Experience Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in IT support, desktop support, systems administration, or related technical roles with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience Skills & Competencies Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 technologies Strong experience supporting Entra ID, Endpoint Management, and enterprise device management solutions Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and networking environments Experience supporting Tier II technical issues and complex user problems Understanding of cybersecurity practices, endpoint security, and IT compliance requirements Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions independently Strong documentation and process improvement skills Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with infrastructure, security, and business teamsThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
