We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing practice. This is an important role within our clinical team, helping ensure our patients and staff have a safe, clean, and properly prepared environment every day. What You'll Do Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols. Maintain accurate sterilization logs and documentation. Follow infection control procedures and help ensure compliance with OSHA and CDC standards. Organize, clean, and stock treatment rooms and sterilization areas. Monitor instrument and supply levels and communicate when items need to be reordered. Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment. Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members to keep patient care running smoothly. Provide occasional chairside assistance and additional clinical support as needed. Take ownership of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and infection control throughout the office. Committed to excellence — you take pride in doing things the right way. Previous dental office or sterilization experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn. What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
