The candidate works in the field (remotely as well) to facilitate user needs and troubleshoot issues. The successful candidate is a highly motivated, who has excellent interpersonal communication skills, communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
Technical understanding:
Troubleshooting
  • desktops, printers, phones, doc cameras, interactive projectors Anti-Virus
  • device management, prevention, detection and removal Networking
  • servers, switches, routers, wireless access point Network Services
  • DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, Firewall rules, routing, SNMP Hosted Services
  • G Suite (admin and chrome management) , Office 365 (Azure) Configure
  • Windows 10, OSX, Chromebooks Day-to-day support: Routine Site Visit
  • Driving, Monday
  • Thursday 2 site visits per day at revolving clients Site Ticketing
  • Ticket review, prioritizing, creating or updating Troubleshooting
  • inception to resolution, escalating tickets as needed Documentation
  • Maintain documentation, knowledgebase and best practice guides Equipment
  • Boxing, unboxing, lifting equipment (up to ~50lbs) Must Haves Divers License and reliable car.
This job is 100% mobile and work directly from their home office Demonstrated problem-solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions to both technical and non-technical clients Previous Help Desk and ticketing system experience is required; this is not a novice position A+ and/or Network+ certification or relative experience is highly preferred What we offer: Health and Dental 401K with company contribution Site to site mileage Paid Vacation & Holiday Lighter schedule with school calendars (fall, winter and spring break) Candidates selected for interview will be required to undergo criminal background checks and may be required to complete a drug screen in accordance with Federal and State Law.
