Our enterprise imaging solutions are used by hospitals and health systems across the United States, supporting critical clinical workflows every day. In this role, you will join an established customer portfolio and take ownership of supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining real-world healthcare environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure systems remain stable, secure, and high performing, while continuously improving how we support our solutions. If you enjoy deep technical problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and building trusted relationships with customers, this is the right place for you. What you will do Support customer environments by troubleshooting complex technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems Investigate system behavior through log analysis, performance review, and root-cause identification Collaborate with internal engineering, security, and project teams to coordinate fixes, improvements, and system optimizations Support customer implementations and upgrades by assisting with system configuration and integration activities Work directly with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows, technical requirements, and operational constraints Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical contact for your assigned portfolio Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded Skills & Requirements Who you are You have 5-10 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related IT role You bring a strong analytical mindset and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systems You have solid experience with networking fundamentals and Windows and/or Linux environments You are comfortable working directly with customers and clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences You are curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen your technical expertise You collaborate across teams, share knowledge openly, and contribute to a culture where people learn from one another and support collective success Experience with healthcare IT, DICOM, HL7, SQL, cloud infrastructure, or virtualization is beneficial but not required Why Sectra Contribute to technology that supports critical areas of healthcare and patient care Join a collaborative, global organization with a strong learning and knowledge-sharing culture Work in a role with meaningful customer impact and technical ownership Grow into future opportunities such as integration engineering, cloud engineering, project engineering, or advanced technical leadership roles Compensation and benefits Salary range: $95,000
