$30.34 per hour Role Overview Our Aerospace client is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused IT Support Technician II to join their team in Englewood, CO. This is a hands-on desktop support role where you'll be the go-to person for end-user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless technology experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and love helping people, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Set up, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripherals. Handle break/fix, moves/adds/changes, and system integrations. Provide basic network support to ensure full connectivity. Support conference rooms and audio-visual systems. Deliver exceptional, customer-centered IT support. Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests. Manage and track tickets through the IT Service Desk system. Escalate complex issues to higher-tier IT teams when needed. Assist with IT documentation and support internal processes. Required Qualifications Strong customer ownership mindset with a drive for excellence. Team player who values knowledge sharing and collaboration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for delivering top-tier customer service. Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions. Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripherals. Basic understanding of IT standards.
