Proven ability to design processes that are automation‑first and tooling‑enabled. Strong systems thinking and ability to see interdependencies across platforms, infrastructure, services, and governance. Ability to translate abstract operating model concepts into clear, actionable workflows. Strong written and visual communication skills (process maps, service flows, standards).
