Job Description:

Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems. Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system. Follows AIT standards for devices and software. Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices. Leads small to mid-size projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframe.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge and experience with various Internet Browsers. [Required]
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. [Required]
• Proficient with current Microsoft and Mac operating systems. [Required]
• Proficient at device imaging process. [Required]
• Advanced knowledge of mobile devices hardware. [Required]
• Skilled with projects and time tracking processes. [Required]
• Demonstrates advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. [Required]
• Knowledgeable of workstation management software. [Required]
• Experienced with common peripherals and accessories. [Required]
• In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices. [Required]
• Experienced knowledge of IT network hardware, software, and concepts[Required]
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, healthcare environment [Preferred]
• Proficient customer service skills.

Field of Study:

• in computer or technology related industry.

Work Experience:

• 2+ technical experience in a highly complex, dynamic environment [Required]
