Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends & holidays Job Summary Seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced, 24/7 broadcast environment. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop, networking, and troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working under pressure. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite 24/7/365 IT and desktop support . Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, network, server, printer, remote access, and file-share issues. Support broadcast operations and live sporting events. Travel domestically/internationally as required; approximately 4-5 days every 4-5 weeks after training. Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues appropriately. Maintain tickets and follow established SOPs. Required Skills 1-3 years of related IT/support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS .
Networking knowledge:
TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls . Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Broadcast industry experience is highly preferred. Linux/Unix experience is a plus. Valid U.S. driver's license required . Valid passport preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay:
$35.00
