Job Description
- Hands-on experience with identity and access support, including account provisioning, troubleshooting, MFA, SSO, or access-related workflows
- Familiarity with Okta or a comparable identity platform used for authentication and access management
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows 11 environments
- Familiarity with endpoint-management platforms such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or similar tools
- Experience with Google Workspace administration or end-user support Targeting $20-30 an hour and onsite 5 days a week.

- Experience with Apple Business Manager, device enrollment workflows, or mobile- device management concepts
- Familiarity with Freshservice or another ticketing platform
- Exposure to security-minded support practices, including least privilege, access reviews, and secure endpoint configuration
- Basic scripting or automation experience using Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools
- Experience supporting collaboration and conferencing technologies in an office environment
