About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Software Development Support Analyst to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) Case Management, Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting System (CMTARS). This role supports evolving mission and business requirements by designing, developing, testing, and implementing software enhancements within a secure DoD cloud environment. The Software Development Support Analyst works closely with AFRBA stakeholders, end users, and the Configuration Control Board (CCB) to ensure all enhancements are secure, compliant, fully tested, and integrated seamlessly across the OpenText technology stack. What you'll do Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software components and modules for the CMTARS application Modify existing application functionality to meet changing AFRBA requirements using commercial best practices Address system integration, interface, compatibility, and platform issues across the OpenText technology stack Collaborate with project teams and end users to validate functional and technical requirements Document and track change requests, enhancements, and software defects in coordination with AFRBA Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) reviews and present proposed changes for approval Perform full regression testing to ensure enhancements operate correctly within the overall application Develop and execute test scripts and test plans for software changes Produce test results and discrepancy/incident reports following test events Support deployment activities and ensure approved changes are ready for release Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom components and enhancements Provide subject matter expertise in OpenText products and integrated application components Ensure all development activities comply with DoD cybersecurity, accreditation, and STIG requirements Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing software development support in a DoD environment Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with OpenText AppWorks implementation Experience developing and supporting custom components within OpenText‑based solutions At least five (5) years of experience coding with Marionette and JavaScript Experience supporting software development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including design, testing, and deployment Experience performing regression testing and documenting test results Security+ certification (DoD 8140 compliant) Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and government stakeholders NACI Clearance Preferred Qualifications OpenText AppWorks certification (version 24.0 or earlier supported versions) Experience integrating OpenText AppWorks with Content Server, OTDS, and other OpenText products Experience supporting applications hosted in AF Cloud ONE or Azure‑based DoD cloud environments Familiarity with Configuration Control Board (CCB) processes and change management Experience supporting mission‑critical case management or electronic document management systems group id: 90921792 N Name Hidden Technical Recruiter Apply now
