Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Duties:

Provide support for a fast-growing group of team members in multiple divisions Provide laptop support for Windows PC's, Macs, and Mobile Devices Provide top notch customer focused support Engaged in cross-train efforts amongst peers where applicable Contribute to site level operational readiness, process improvements Collaborate with site lead, acting as back-up when delegated to Collaborate with immediate peers Assist the Service Desk by actively taking/resolving intake calls

Desired Skills/Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification 3+ years of experience in remote administration and end user support 3+ years of experience with Windows 10 or earlier operating systems 3+ years of experience with ticketing and traffic reporting tools 1+ years of experience with Google suite applications 1+ years of experience with macOS Excellent written and verbal communication skills
