This position reports to the IT Tech Support Supervisor. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete service requests, handle multiple projects, prioritize workload deadlines and be available off hours for an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
User Support Implementation, management and standardization of user accounts and settings, peripherals, desktop/laptop hardware and network connectivity. Provide onsite and remote support to user issues that are logged and tracked using the Company ticketing system Provide end-user assistance with basic PC use and training if necessary Physical access control, finger printing, ID issuing Provide and maintain a high degree of customer service and responsiveness to users and their needs by meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) numbers User Hardware & Software Management, and Asset Tracking Imaging, installation, configuration, and user setup of new company owned desktops/laptops, printers, mobile phones, peripherals, and other miscellaneous hardware according to IT policy. Installation, management and standardization of all company-approved software on end user systems (including but not limited to Windows OS, AV, Adobe acrobat, MS Office 365 suite, browsers, etc.). Escalation, POC and ownership for external vendor service calls Printer/Scanner/Fax Installation, setup, maintenance, tracking and purchasing of supplies. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
0-3 years' experience as a PC Support Technician Experience with MS Windows 7 & Windows 10 installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting Experience with Active Directory user and computer provisioning Experience with MS Office 2010-Office 365 installation and support Experience installing, configuring and supporting printers/scanners/faxes Experience meeting defined service level objectives Strong organizational skills Troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnosis issues and find resolution We are an equal opportunity employer
