Job Description

Desktop IT Support (Bradley, FL, 33835) | 06/17/26 Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide first-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
Set up and support Microsoft Windows environments.
Configure user accounts, email clients, and basic application software.
Perform system upgrades, software installations, and patch updates.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and asset inventory.
Assist with workstation deployments, moves, additions, and changes.
Follow IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
