Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Entry Level Assistant Manager to support our Fiber Optics campaign operations in Fort Myers. This position is well-suited for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills while gaining experience in customer engagement, team coordination, and daily operational management. Core Responsibilities of an Entry Level Assistant Manager Train and onboard new team members while providing ongoing coaching and guidance Support daily operations and help ensure team performance and productivity targets are achieved Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination to maintain smooth operational flow Respond to employee and operational issues promptly and professionally Help enforce company policies, procedures, and performance expectations Track team performance and assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) Compile and share performance updates and reports with senior leadership Contribute to initiatives that enhance team development, engagement, and overall efficiency Qualifications for an Entry Level Assistant Manager Strong verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Interest in telecommunications and fiber internet services Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and basic reporting systems Capable of managing multiple responsibilities including customer interaction and team support Highly organized with strong attention to detail and leadership potential Entry-level applicants are welcome; prior management experience is not required Why Everway Strategies?
