Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide hands-on technical support across end-user devices, Microsoft environments, and core infrastructure. This role will support daily IT operations including Intune administration, Microsoft 365 support, device imaging, Active Directory user administration, basic network troubleshooting, and entry-level server support.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide desktop and laptop support for end users in onsite and remote environmentsAdminister and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and policy managementSupport the Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user account issuesPerform PC imaging, deployment, refreshes, and hardware/software installationsManage user accounts, groups, permissions, and password resets in Active DirectoryTroubleshoot basic connectivity issues involving routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networksAssist with basic server support, including monitoring, patching assistance, and routine maintenanceRespond to tickets, document resolutions, and escalate more complex issues when neededSet up and support printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room technologyMaintain asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding activities
