Torch Technologies is seeking a Software Control Center Specialist to manage, store, and distribute all the systems associated software at Eglin AFB, FL. The candidate will provide support with knowledge and experience to develop, deploy and maintain centralized software interfaces, control systems, and automation algorithms while diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues. The candidate will also collaborate with system engineers, field operators, stakeholders, and IT teams to implement system upgrades and resolve technical challenges. As a Software Control Center Specialist your duties include but are not limited to the following: Requires ensuring system stability, rapidly troubleshooting issues, and bridging software functionality with real-time operational needs. Monitor real-time system performance, data center operations, and automated processes using specialized software interfaces. Execute rapid corrective actions or disaster recovery protocols during system anomalies. Maintain detailed design documents, source code archives, and log problem-solving efforts and system metrics.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related experience. Must have an active SECRET DoW security clearance. Must be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer to be familiar with DoW Acquisition processes. Prefer to have program office experience.
