Job Description
Are you an experienced technical support specialist with a background in call center environments? We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Specialist to provide first-level technical support through phone, email, and our ticketing system. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming requests, ensuring timely, courteous, and effective resolution of technical issues while delivering exceptional service to our end users.
Training schedule: 4 weeks; Mon-Fri 9:00am•6:00pmProduction schedule: 9:00am•6:00pm Tue•
Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
Available to work on saturdaysHave a HS diploma or GED salary: $18.26hrResponsibilities Respond to service requests, incidents, and reported issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handle incoming requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution of issues. Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical problems; escalate complex or non-routine issues to higher-tier support as needed. Work independently to manage and resolve incidents, escalating unresolved complaints to appropriate leadership. Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt issue resolution and foster a supportive, customer-focused service environment. Perform additional related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and service excellence. Explain techinical issues to technical an nontechnical customers.
