THE POSITION

As the Desktop Support Technician, you will: Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals. 2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users. 2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required. CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ are preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)
