Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Provides technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime. Involves installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications while assisting users with technical problems and guiding them on IT best practices. Manages user accounts and access rights in line with organizational policies and ensures system security by monitoring and updating antivirus software. Requires documenting support activities, collaborating with IT teams to address complex issues, and performing routine system maintenance to optimize desktop performance. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, asset management, and IT equipment handling who enjoys both hands-on work and system administration tasks.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Education :
College graduate with an AA or AS degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred Required Qualifications 1+ years experience providing technical support for desktop systems Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Experience managing user accounts and access rights Ability to document support activities and collaborate with IT teams Familiarity with antivirus software and system maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals in a networked environment required Familiarity with healthcare information systems preferred Industry-standard technical certifications (A+, Microsoft, Asset Management, Apple) required Warehouse or supply chain experience.
