Job Description
As a technical support employee, you'll be managing existing and new locations, processing replacements and cancellations, monitoring and maintaining the connectivity of our equipment. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords and assisting in music changes you will be the first touch for our consumers.
Expectations:
Exceptional Customer Service Time Management Organizational skills Ability to follow instructions Open communication Understanding and ability to use all Adergy programs and operations systems You will work with software or equipment suppliers providing after-sales support or companies that specialize in providing IT maintenance and support. Alternatively you may work in house, supporting the rest of the business with their ongoing IT requirements. Responsibilities can include installing and configuring equipment, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, over the phone.Some Responsibilities may include:
Working with customers to identify equipment problems and advising on the solution Logging and keeping records of customer queries Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems Updating self-help documents for department and colleagues Working with network providers for initial set ups or, identifying more serious problems Quality Control for all in-house equipment Creating and tracking shipments Incoming and Outgoing Proper processing of in-house paperwork Managing Music Change requests Detailed data entry for all calls/emails received Answering and transferring of all calls Customer Follow ups As a Tech Support employee, 110% is always expected to be maintained to offer our customers the best we have at all times.Pay:
