Join Publix Technology as a part-time Associate Technical Support Analyst on the LAN/WAN team. This team provides level 1 and 2 support of the Publix network infrastructure. Your Impact:

Level 1/2 troubleshooting of the Publix network infrastructure Monitoring and responding to alerts from networking devices Working directly with Telco vendors on circuit outages Escalating high severity and chronic problems to management Answering phones and logging incident records
