Full Job Description Our company, a leader in the automotive industry and based in South Florida, is looking for a Tier 1 Software Support person to join our team. Our ideal hire will help ensure our internal customers issues are being responded to in a timely manner. This position is based on dealership sales hours, so evenings and Saturday work is required. Duties & Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for internal customers to report issues. Respond to customers in a timely manner with solutions to their issues, or notification of escalation. Escalate issues to development or IT as appropriate. Continue communication with the customer as their issue progresses through the development pipeline. Collaborating with fellow designers, developers, and strategic planners to output amazing work in an agile environment. Must have Requirements Basic understanding of web based software and systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong collaboration skills within a small team environment spanning teams that work on both development and business. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Kanban software (such as Trello or Jira) to track issues. This is a full-time, hybrid in-house and remote position located in Miami Lakes, Florida.
