Are you passionate about providing top-notch technical support in the automotive industry? We're looking for a dedicated Technical Customer Support to ensure our clients receive the best guidance and solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver expert support via phone, email, and other channels to assist users with software and hardware inquiries. Efficiently diagnose and solve technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption for our clients. Utilize ticketing systems to monitor and resolve client issues, maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Regularly enhance user manuals and knowledge resources to provide up-to-date information and solutions. Offer comprehensive training on software and hardware usage, empowering users to maximize system capabilities. Participate in automotive exhibitions to showcase our solutions and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively assist and train users. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly. Passionate about providing exceptional support and building positive client relationships.Qualifications:
Associate degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Previous 3•5 years' experience in Technical customer support Previous experience in the Automotive industry is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred.
