Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft 365, Outlook, MacOS/iOS, Zoom, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and network connectivity. Experience supporting conference room and AV technologies, including Crestron systems, and documenting incidents in ServiceNow. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, accountable, and independent approach to support. Comfortable working onsite and providing face-to-face support with confidence. Willingness to work flexible hours. Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
