Upscale Restaurant Salary:
$75,000- 85,000 per year
Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday, 3:00 PM-12:00
AM Experience:
Minimum 2 years in restaurant management or a similar restaurant leadership role Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Floor Manager to join our upscale restaurant team. Responsibilities Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. Lead and support the front-of-house team during service. Help maintain the restaurant's upscale standards and atmosphere. Manage reservations, seating, and guest needs. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide support and direction. Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure proper use of the POS system and handheld devices. Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience; management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems and handheld ordering systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, and organized. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude. Eager to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities within the company.
