Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in an IT support or systems administration role. Deep understanding of technical fundamentals in networking and proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networks. Extensive knowledge of Windows working environments and corporate network infrastructures. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting users across multiple global locations. High attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills for maintaining records and documentation. Hands-on experience with ITSM systems and service desk tools, such as Jira Service Management. Proficiency or experience with Google Workspace administration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor, and maintain computer systems, infrastructure, and networks (including Windows environments) to ensure high productivity, low friction, and increased security. Administer software licenses, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office/Teams, and manage access for all systems and services used by the company. Track and maintain hardware inventory, including managing IT procurement and coordinating lifecycle replacements for laptops and peripherals. Provide technical support during employee onboarding and resolve ongoing IT issues, including hardware performance troubleshooting and system lag investigations. Enforce IT policies and procedures, and manage permissions and access requests within tools like Jira. Collaborate with internal teams like HR and Finance to streamline service desk portals and manage asset-related payroll deductions.
