Job Description

About Us B&L PC Solutions is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) with over 29 years of experience delivering IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We serve clients across Long Island, NY and the Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL area, with a strong focus on financial, legal, and professional services. We are hiring a Level 1 IT Support Technician for our St Petersburg office. This is a fully on-site role and an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain experience and grow within an expanding MSP environment. Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support for client requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Perform user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks. Monitor systems via Datto RMM, applying patches and escalating issues as needed. Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, standard software installs, and workstation setups. Deliver on-site support to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service. Document all work performed in Autotask PSA. Requirements 1-2 years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required). Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics. Knowledge of RMM/PSA tools a plus. Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset. Ability to work on-site daily and support end-users face-to-face.
Preferred certifications:
