  • Temp-to-hire, Full-time We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for mobility and accessibility products.
This role supports dealers, distributors, and end-users by troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide phone-based technical support for mobility and lift products Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and guide repair solutions Assist customers and partners with product questions, service issues, and troubleshooting Process service requests, return authorizations, and related documentation Support training sessions for dealers and customers Create and maintain training materials and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer experience Occasionally provide on-site technical support (limited travel) Use internal systems such as CRM and ERP platforms to manage cases and documentation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting Ability to read schematics or technical diagrams Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred (Salesforce, Syspro, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Problem-solver with a strong technical mindset Patient, professional, and customer-focused Comfortable learning complex products and systems Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
