Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: desktop support (Windows/Mac), device imaging, printer management, device inventory, device management via Intune/Addigy, device troubleshooting, user management (AD and Entra), network/IP management, conference room support.

- At least one year of experience in IT Support or related position; or education or other experience indicating the individual is capable of performing the requisite duties.

- Ability to provide high quality customer support
- Strong capability to document work product and resolution steps Responsibilities Work as part of a team to handle the follow types of issues:
- New device imaging - develop, manage and update an automated imaging process to be used throughout the unit (15)
- New device installs and troubleshooting (5)
- Application setup and troubleshooting (20)
- Device tracking and maintenance - (10)
- Device network assignment and maintenance (5)
- User/Group maintenance (5)
- Communicate with team regarding issues and resolutions (5)
- Assist end users in device and application usage as well as any other related issues (20)
- Help maintain unit documentation regarding devices, protocols, and processes relevant to the unit (15)
- At this level, the standard is to be able to handle issues of intermediate complexity with assistance as needed. End result should always be a completely rectified situation, happy customer, and expanded internal documentation.
