Role Summary:
We're entering our next growth phase and seeking an experienced
IT SERVICES SALES SPECIALIST
with strong expertise in IT Services Sales, proven experience in the Logistics & Transport domain, and demonstrated capability in selling AI‑driven solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales outreach skills, deep domain understanding, and the ability to drive both new business and account expansion. Prior experience working in or with Logistics/Transport software development companies is a strong advantage. Must have skills &
Experience:
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Account Management.
  • Strong expertise and exposure to the Transport & Logistics domain.
  • Experience selling IT Services (Transport & Logistics) solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Previous experience working in or with Logistics/Transport companies is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large strategic accounts and multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of workflows, industry trends, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Ability to identify client business problems and translate them into scalable, reusable solutions.
  • Experience successfully cross‑selling solutions across multiple accounts or business groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational goals such as portfolio growth, pipeline development, account health, and value creation—aligned with typical KPIs for sales and account leadership roles.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global delivery teams and cross‑functional groups.
