POSITION OVERVIEW
Junior Field Technical Support Engineer Title Junior Field Technical Support Engineer Location Conyers, GA Job Description:
This position provides hands-on and remote technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, field applications, and basic office and site infrastructure, while accurately documenting incidents and resolutions within the ITSM system. Support user account and device administration, conduct assigned site visits, follow established IT standards, appropriately escalate complex issues, and continuously build technical knowledge through collaboration with senior IT staff.
