IT Specialist (Entry Level) Dublin, GA | Full-Time | On-Site Competitive Pay + Excellent Benefits We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Specialist to support daily IT operations within a growing automotive manufacturing environment in Dublin, Georgia. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to develop hands-on experience supporting both office and production systems. The selected candidate will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and help ensure reliable plant operations. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, scanners, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and user access issues. Install, configure, maintain, and replace computers and IT hardware. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and basic security controls. Support network infrastructure, including switches, access points, cabling, and related equipment. Assist with manufacturing technology systems such as ERP, MES, production terminals, and barcode scanners. Troubleshoot connectivity issues between production equipment and IT systems. Support data backups, cybersecurity measures, antivirus software, system updates, and asset management. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams when needed. Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventory records, and troubleshooting procedures. Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of IT experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking concepts. Familiarity with Active Directory, cybersecurity, ERP/MES systems, or manufacturing technology is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in both office and production environments. Flexibility to occasionally support after-hours maintenance or IT projects. Korean-English bilingual skills are required . Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or work experience in manufacturing or automotive environments. Experience with ERP, MES, barcode/RF systems, or production-floor technology. Basic understanding of industrial networks, IT/OT environments, or PLC-connected systems.
