Job Description

IT Support Specialist (Level 1 / Tier 1) About the Role We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our partners, helping resolve day-to-day IT issues and ensuring a smooth, professional support experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational IT experience who wants to grow in a fast-paced MSP environment. What You'll Do Respond to and manage support tickets in a timely manner Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Set up and configure workstations, user accounts, and devices Support Windows systems and Microsoft 365 environments Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks Monitor systems using remote management tools (RMM) Document issues and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system Escalate complex issues when needed Provide friendly, professional support to partners What We're Looking For 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Nice to Have MSP experience Active Directory or Azure AD exposure CompTIA A+ (or working toward it) Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screening/background check Working Conditions Office, remote, and onsite partner support Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Occasional work in tight spaces or on ladders Why Join Us Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies Clear path for growth into higher-level roles Supportive team environment
