Up to $26.50/hr About the Role We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations in Lavonia, GA. This is a long-term, part-time contract opportunity ideal for someone with hands-on desktop support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for infrastructure services, assist with hardware/software issues, and help maintain stable IT operations in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide desktop and infrastructure support for end users and internal teams Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues Respond to IT support tickets and assist with issue resolution Support infrastructure-related projects and ongoing technical initiatives Monitor systems and assist with basic infrastructure troubleshooting Document incidents, technical procedures, and support activities Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently Follow IT best practices, standards, and service delivery processes Continuously learn and stay current with new technologies and industry trends Qualifications 2+ years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Infrastructure Support experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting Windows environments, hardware, and basic networking Ability to work independently in a part-time onsite environment Strong communication and customer service skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Preferred Certifications CompTIA Security+ Cisco
