TEMP/Support Victory Church - 5.0 Norcross, GA Job Details Part-time 17 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Airtable Computer literacy Slack Collaborative technology platforms Microsoft Teams macOS Productivity software Video conferences (communication methods) Video conferencing systems operation Full Job Description PURPOSE The Temporary Support Staff position exists to provide operational, administrative, and ministry support across various departments of the church. This role assists staff teams with day-to-day tasks, events, guest experience, communication, organization, and ministry needs during busy seasons, staff transitions, or special projects. This individual should be dependable, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about serving people while helping create an excellent ministry environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO
) Provide administrative and operational support to ministry teams Assist with event preparation, setup, breakdown, and logistics Help maintain organized ministry spaces and office environments Support guest experience efforts and congregational communication Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office duties as needed Assist staff with data entry, scheduling, filing, and follow-up tasks Help coordinate volunteer needs and ministry resources Support weekend services, special events, and church initiatives as assigned Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a servant-hearted mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist where needed Basic computer and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. Previous administrative, ministry, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft 360, Rock, Planning Center, Slack, Air Table, Adobe, Mac environment Microsoft Teams
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
An acceptance of, and commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. An understanding of the mission and purpose of Victory Church. Acceptance and agreement of Victory Church's CHECK values and staff commitments
