US - Support#26-20506 Smyrna, GA Onsite Job Description Please note: in line with
  • policy, this role is VDI only.
  • will not be providing a laptop or equipment. Remote is fine, must be EST IT Support Analyst for content management (ECMs), eCTD Publishing and Product Registration area
  • Ensure day-to-day 2nd level support of incident management - queue management, timely resolution of incidents
  • Act as subject matter expert and technology expert for the Publishing tool, DocuBridge by Lorenz; assess release notes with the process owner; Upgrade the system; solve related issues.
  • Provide support to projects as assigned (e.g.: installation, qualification, release, etc.)
  • Provide support to qualification activities as needed (e.g.: write/execute assigned installation / operational qualification scripts)
  • Able to work and collaborate with a global team.

Skills Needed:
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, Strong customer focus - 'Sense of urgency'
  • Strong technical expertise
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • System Administrator experience working with both Cloud (Saas) and on-premises applications
  • Technologically astute and having experience with REST API and application integration technologies
  • Document Management systems, Veeva Vault RIM and Quality or Lorenz DocuBridge knowledge is a plus.
  • Veeva Vault Admin Certified a plus
  • Proficient in common database technologies, i.e., Oracle and MSSQL
  • Experience in Regulatory, eCTD Submission Publishing (at least 3 years preferred)
  • Experience in Computer Systems Validation preferred.
  • Experience with DocXtools, DXC Toolbox, PleaseReview and StartingPoint a plus
  • Openness to take on support of other systems as needed.
  • Excellent command of English language (verbal and written);
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills (with colleagues, other IT areas, with vendors, etc.) Team player
  • Focused on quality & eye for detail.
