PC Technician:

Under direct supervision, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Provides routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware, or peripherals. PC Technician:

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
